The mission of the DC Fire & EMS Foundation is to
support the DC Fire & Emergency Medical Services Department and its heroic members by supporting
their training, wellness and recognition, equipment
and facilities, and by educating the community about
the Department's life-saving mission.

Our vision is to empower the Department to continue
to be a national leader in the fields of EMS, fire suppression and prevention, homeland security, and technical rescue.
